I never understand these lists, I just counted my Merit received for August 2019 & I received over 80 (I think it was 83 but I may have miscounted due to scrolling on my phone, 100% over 80 though).

I’m not even on the list at all though plus I’m a Merit source so it’s close to guaranteed I’ve sent more than I received.

There are people on the list who received less than 20.

Is it a list of people who received more than they sent?
