are those exchanges well known like thier competitor mercatox?  if not then its normal for them to go down but popular exchange like mercatox wont go down easily since it already gain reputation from the people.

i know mercatox a long time ago because of xrb back on the year 2017 because xrb was mainly traded here and on the other exchange which i forgot the name .  sadly xrb captcha claims have been shutdown but its nice to see that mercatox are still here .
