You need to look at the market cap because if a coin has a very large supply then the price will be cheap. Cardano is cheap because it has a large supply, but equally it is a good project and therefore has a high market cap relative to the other coins.
That's why I do go for low circulating supply, whenever I want to invest in any good project. Large circulating supply takes a whole lot of time before you see change in price. The price is always stagnant at a price of 0.0001, it also fluctuates below those range and it's not encouraging
