I am not sure if sport is a priority, but VibraVid platform is starting in a few days and it will be offering top-speed as it is based on bitTorrent Protocol. Check it out on BeatzCoin.io  It sounds like music is their main focus but from what I know they do not plan any restrictions for other types of media like news, videoblogs or sports.
