Hello, the time frame given is just too short. This announcement was made yesterday. I have been working on my article for the past 3 days and I'm now seeing this. This doesn't really say well about the company. Please look into this. Also, it seems you underestimate the power of some newbie account. I've been a newbie even though I joined bitcointalk last year. I have a blog with over 2,000 daily visitors which i work on regularly. So i don't really have time on this platform. Just watch and see how the number of new people joining the project will reduce as  a result of restricting newbie accounts. Moreover, an account with jr.member or full member doesn't really influence the reach of the article/content because the readers of the content are really not ON BITCOINTALK . Your audience for the contents/articles are on the big blogs with established names like quora, newbium, linkedin. I can only advise as a lover of this project, the final choice is still yours.
