How could you say ETH is in low position? Check the total supply &  price. I think the ETH price is still overpriced. But I am accumulating ETH right now Because most the crypto investors are uneducated & lazy they will invest without knowing anything. Always invest if you can afford to lose the money. ETH Price maybe already too high but who knows crypto market always been unusual. We might see ETH again over $1000. If you want to still invest in ETH you may but don't trade with emotion. you can put 60% on BTC & 40% on other altcoins & create an investment portfolio.
