whereas in the past Petro was the first coin issued by the state, and it was predicted that the price would be good, but this project seemed to have a problem, I also did not see information about PTR on coinmarketcap
1. The Petro was never actually issued to anybody, because it doesn't exist.
2. It was "predicted" that the price would be tied to 1 barrel of crude oil.
3. You didn't see this information on CMC because you're a sig spamming idiot.
