The dump was man made from the Bakkt price predictions so whales got opportunity to make lot of money but yes the rally might begins since the bear end of 2015 looks like the same chart of 2019 but nothing can be said for sure.
No wonder why we are experiencing another drop. It's always because of these opportunist whales. Although this could lead not to the worst scenario since it's not just whale to open up their own investment schemes. It's also us, we could be an opportunist during these times.
