Jesus, that's a new one--I've never heard of sig spammers making false bounty reports in order to up their post counts.  In normal campaigns, those posts wouldn't even be paid for because that section would be excluded.  I haven't looked at the rules of the campaign, but it sounds like they have no standards like that.  Basic ones.

That's good to know--I've made duplicate reports before and had no idea how they'd be handled.  I don't really keep track of good vs. bad reports in my history, but I did wonder about that.
