They say once your account has been banned, it's not just really the account, it's you who is banned in the forum.
What "they" say is true. The ban is for the person, not just the account in question. However I'm sure this is routinely ignored because there's basically nothing stopping a banned member from creating a new one and continuing their bullshit. Even hilariousandco had given up warning banned members from doing exactly that. However, if you're caught evading a ban, any new accounts will be banned as well.

If those accounts are yours and any one of them is banned, you're evading the ban by posting here. That has nothing to do with whether you're a scammer or not, but whether you should continue to be a member of bitcointalk. Hopefully the mods will look into this.
