Can't say I recommend these guys after I did a small transaction to a PayPal account I've owned for a relatively long amount of time well below $500 that was referenced earlier in this thread, and that account became limited a couple hours after the funds were added to my PayPal account. The site refuses to give me any sort of compensation for the amount of BTC I sent to them, and I've also put up negative trust on the account representing Hiribi for the time unless I get some sort of compensation for this. Thankfully the account was empty before I sent funds over and the amount transacted wasn't a big deal, but it still sucks that Hiribi refuses to do anything about this.
