I agree with you.LOL you guys are posting here but I have a feeling that the OP is looking to join a signature campaign rather than looking for a manager for their own project. 
You are wrong. he's a newbie asking about signature campaign service with his first post. which clearly means he is looking for a manager not for a campaign to join himself.
