Couple of days ago we have seen significant move in a day but again with the correction of BTC price, each the coin has lost a huge value. I think we are very far from a altcoin bull run, may be later this year we can see that.
There is no guarantee that by the end of 2019 it will bring altcoin back to the moon. But at least I'd rather wait for 2020 where many people expect more. At present the price of bitcoin is $ 8000 and continues to fluctuate. Fundamental factors will be able to make bitcoin rise again above $ 10K - $ 20K.
