"Poor Quality" and "Unconstructive" are subjective terms. Therefore, the person that decides whether or not you are following the rules is the campaign manager. You don't decide what is poor quality or nonconstructive - they do.
Same thing on my mind bro. Cryptotalk has hired yahoo to provide the balance and to maintain forum rules. yahoo just did his own job to by doing ban hammer to those users who don't abide by the rules. A manager has their own rules on their signature campaigns which we should follow.
