Your question really confusing me. You are finding some people who inserted deal with you ANONYMOUSLY or something else.
If you searching someone then why you don't try "Dark Web" (although not a good idea 
). Many people interested their dealing with you ANONYMOUSLY. Other wise you can use BTC ATM though. You can keep you privacy smoothly with that i think.
