Yahoo isn't the one who decide that. He is ONLY maintaining the quality post from all Cryptotalk participants. If you are going to put the sig and registered as member rank, you will ended in yahoo's ban list on here

IIRC, they allow all members to join even jr. member then eventually stick to member up...
