For WU, if you as the sender you wil need to require such usual details when sending money using WU which require your name as the sender, valid government ID, amount, and the receiver name. After then, you will be given the mtcn # which will be used to redeem the money on coins.ph. If the receiver is still you, then you just open your coins.ph app, cash in, and choose WU then input the MTCN # given to you on the WU branch and the amount. Then some questions are ask, like what's the purpose of the transactions and etc.
