I use actual 23 Antminers on 4 Dlink DUB-H7 - 3 are full and one just with 2 miners at the moment.
The HUBs are powered by a 350W PC-Supply and Ants are running without mod on 0A81 stable.
Cooling from downside from power-supply and from front with 120mm Fan running on 5V silent.
At all actual power consum 72W ! I have an asic-cube also taking arround 300W for less GH.

hope you dont mind me asking a few questions 
are you running that off the raspberry pi in the lower picture? and if so how are you configuring the USB? (something like PI>>un-powered hub>>powered hubs/ants?)
also did you have to do the resistor swaps to get the speed above 2Gh/s?
and did you have to direct wire the hubs? and chance of a link to the info or pic
