Whats the best VIP channels or programs for exchanges?

Since Binance is the top exchange, I guess having a VIP membership there must also be the best. I don't know what benefits and perks VIP members in other exchanges receive but for sure Binance must be offering something competitive. In terms of fees though, this might help you:

You have to be verified at the highest level to get it.
Other exchanges may not have specific programs but if you're a very high volume trader you'll get the lowest fees.
I know that Binance has one.
