Exactly. This is not the bull run we saw in 2017. For altcoins to start rising as they did then, investors must regain confidence in market stability, and this will probably happen soon. In short, the market needs a lot more fresh capital to get altcoins prices again skyrocketing.

We shouldn't consider it as signs of bull run what was happening in 2017, but according to the charts, the altcoin has already touched bottom level, which it is impossible to guess how long it is going to take for the recovery. Already there are huge funds in the market, that's why the volumes of Bitcoin is kept increasing.
