You will not find someone who can answer this question for sure, in every decision you will take risk. IMO it is difficult for ETH to increase without BTC's price increase. Small movements will of course be but there must be a good reason for the increase of over 20%. Nowadays making any decision is not easy because no valid reason for this, accordingly the next movement remains unknown.
