Artis Turba. International investors are always welcome - there are BTC, ETH and XRP markets for ARTIS that allows anyone access across the globe.
Regarding withdrawals and KYC policy -> Tier 1 accounts (only registered email address) have a 1 BTC daily withdrawal limit (for crypto's) and a ZAR 5,000 montly withdrawal limit (for fiat).
