The booming period for ICOs has passed, so ETH is having a hard time attracting investors. I think ETh will be stuck in the long run and very difficult to return to the $ 500 price.
Be careful if you want to invest in ETH.
That what i think the reason why ETH continue declining after they hit $1500 ATH and that was the season started making many ICO . They accept only ethereum for buying a token. After many ICO has been successfull all they do is convert accumalted eth to eighter Fiat or btc making sure it will not be affected with the price volatility. Since there are too many of them this is now the result.
