they seem to have removed the whitepaper from their web page as well as various ICO rating sites.
however you can still access the whitepaper from google's cache. go here :
if you want a pdf version, try printing the above document from within a desktop browser using the pdf printer driver. if you don't have a printer connected, it will create a pdf file on your harddrive. (this assumes a Windows operating system. there may be other ways of doing this on either Mac or Linux systems). select landscape mode so the text doesn't get cut off.
