LOL you guys are posting here but I have a feeling that the OP is looking to join a signature campaign rather than looking for a manager for their own project. 
I have a feeling that you are right because he was online today and did not even bother to reply. lol. Did anybody tell him already that newbie can't join a signature campaign? (because they can't wear signature).
