Check the stats and we shall see that Capela is a good center. In the last 2 seasons, he averaged a double double, so that would tell already that he is a good center. And also remember that he improve his pts average from 13.9 to 16.6... and this is an extra, he has at least 1 block per game.

Yes, he is definitely a good center for Houston, the thing with Capela is that he is agile and athletic.

We have seen him switch during a peak in roll and he was able to maintain tabs with much shorter and quicker player and he can block them at times.

As we have seen, centers also evolved, now they've improved a lot tall lanky and can move very easily inside and outside the paint.
