Don't waste your time on him. He can't even fly here in Dubai. Also he tells that he will do bank transfer but I should visit him to get money.
He thinking I should fly to terroristic country, open bank account in local bank and sell him 200 BTC? What are the morons...And main question what will I do with Yemeni currency? I have proposed him AED (Arab Emirates Dirham) or USD. But no, he wants Yemeni toilet paper currency...
