First you need to know that,if you are banned in bitcointalk means you are not allowed to post with any of your account includes new account as well.You can appeal for your ban on Meta other than that you have no access to post any other sections,threads.You are not banned as per Bpip : https://bpip.org/profile.aspx?p=Denlon

Which means you are not permanently banned here (I guess),you maybe banned for 14 days for spamming! since 19 posts of your were deleted by mods.
@Max000 You obviously have been banned by a global moderator (I don't know for how much time)
