Right now, there are only few ico's that managed to become successful due to it's uniqueness and function in the community. Sadly to say that most of the ico are now becoming trash because of the scammers.
It's only natural that scammers have made it from the start to fool everyone they can fool. investors really hate this because they can run away from what they have invested.
