I have been preoccupied with developing many features for Bitvest that I have not been able to give the attention as needed. Therefore, we will be expanding our support team later this month and build better tools to manage tickets for a better overall experience.

Our wallet limits were reduced a fair bit due to a recent exploit with Keno, which we covered ourselves for 5 bitcoins in value. We are currently laying down changes, such as a better "cheat detection" system in the backend. This will allow us to restore our higher wallet limits to better service our customers.
