I think it has something to do with enabling IPv6 in your router. I know because I disabled mine because I still run some legacy programs with Windows 7. Try checking your router. I also plan to re-configure mine as well.

sometimes problems like this are really annoying, but many things can be fixed. provided we are able to be patient all problems have a solution, it's very important to ask for help between people because there are some who know better
