Since April 2019, the situation in the cryptocurrency market regarding Bitcoin has improved slightly, but other cryptocurrencies have remained in a bearish trend. I dont know how things are going to be with Bitcoin, but I very much doubt that by the end of 2019, as well as throughout 2020, the situation will radically change for the better.
Perhaps you are right that the global trend is still not broken and many continue to play lower, hoping that this will play into their hands. But the further we move, the greater the chances of seeing growth than falling. So I would not risk so, hoping for a bear market.
