Google Translate detects darmklachten as Dutch for intestinal complaints. Roach's fuckery gives you indigestion? But Google translates the German "darm lachten" as "guts laughed", so maybe darmklachten really means belly laugh?
Google Tran says Furz is German and it means fart. Roach is a little fart.
And I think to fart is furzen, not forzen.
sorry, i did misunderstood it a bit.
"darmklachten" is in german "Darmbeschwerden". a real man has this all the time and the result is he "muß forzen" all the time.
EDIT: but "verlakkerij" google translate it to "paint shop" which is in german "Lackiererei" in which cars will get a new color for example. I'm not getting the connection to "intestinal complaints"

Verlakkerij has been explained here once before, apparently it has to do with dutch con artists putting lacquer on coins to make them look golden and then selling them. and that's how the term Verlakkerij originated, it means to fool or con someone if I remember correctly.
