I sincerity doubt this is just a case of common phrases coincidence. Same format, pontuations, etc... literally the exact same text.
I think the root of the problem here is that the FapToBbly does not speaking English well, and when he tried to inform the English-speaking manager about the change of rank, he had difficulty correctly formulating his request on his own. This is hardly a case of malicious cheating, someone just needed to study better at school, but is this an excuse to forbid someone to continue to be an active member of the community? Or only good English speaking people can claim a place under the Sun in the future?
