This is a pretty weird phrase, just because it only allows BTC, it can be already a scam. That's definitely not true. Try BitMex and it only accepts Bitcoin.

I never checked the site and probably I never will. Posting here won't give you the right answers. Tell us about the "interesting" part on that site that lead you to it. How'd you even discover it anyway?
