I was using Ark wallet at https://arkecosystem.github.io/ark-lite-wallet/app/ , but the page seems no longer available.
Is it possible to recreate Ark wallet if I have my generated secret phrase and address? Any advice?
Would prefer not having to install full node desktop client thought..

Delegates are the full nodes.
But would it be possible to restore my ARK balance from those "words" that I've written down while creating a wallet there?
