yes it can help ethereum to make progress as long there's a demands in the market. . And in my opinion once that group start accumulating,  for sure those the big investor will demand a huge amount of eth also . because you know its a good news and soon or later ethereum will grow more without any sign.   so definitely no one will let this  opportunity to miss again.  So i suggest don't expect to much OP because once big investors are within the area there's always a possibility that it will drop immediately after progressing  because that how they drove the market nowadays since the bearish season occurred. So be aware investing and stop assuming to much.
