Irkutsk is the best place with the cheapest energy as I know. Should be nice for mining

update. googled it myself, it seems aprox 1.2-1.5 cents per kilowatt.
pretty low as far as I can see, and it was even lower in 2018.. whoa.. how the heck it is even possible?
of course bitmain is interesting and participating, they must have a lot of customers in Irkutsk
