If you have a whitepaper already, roadmap and target team for the project then creating your own crypto is pretty easy. There are plenty of services out there that you can hire to create your own currencies eith erc20 or whatever currency you would like to create.

But the main problem that you are facing is about marketing. And about tutorial, you can find it everywhere but I suggest that you just hire someone services so you will not take time to create your own crypto.
A roadmap doesn't help much. Just releasing the project is what the people in Crypto want.
Now investors have learned their lessons and are no more interested in just releasing or launching the project. There are some factors investors consider before investing in projects and it may include looking out for a working product, the use-case of the coin, the expertise of the team etc. This is why investors have now prefer IEOs to ICOs.
