Is this just smoke and mirrors or does this forum know something researchers do not? ICOs are still there, but they will disappear eventually, more because of indifference than because of the regulators or scams. People want some levels of certainty, and IEOs can provide that. ICOs can't. Both are based on trust, but if an exchange messes up, people will have someone to blame. If you lose your money in an ICO because you messed up, that's on you, and most people don't care to deal with it, so they choose IEOs.
