SEC has taken action against EOS & SIA for their ICO's in recent weeks, how long until WAVES founder is charged for Coinomat securities violations?




It depend on SEC what they think about any project's future maybe in future they will take any action into this direction. But there is no news about this what is going on behind the scene.


EOS and SIA had illegal ICO's but didn't scam their investors with promised swaps that never happened.

Sasha will eventually be fined for issuing unregistered securities over Coinomat assets and WAVES ICO like EOS and SIA , but also securities fraud and theft for not completing the promised Coinomat asset swaps from 2016. Coinomat investors had their funds stolen, that is not the same as EOS and SIA investors who still have access to the assets they purchased.
