I have read the article but could not find the last date of the swap ?
Also when we initiate the swap, we will get the coins instantly ?

Swap will last 2 months. Coins are exchanged manually, usually coins arrive within 1-2 days.

And i see New coins AGR being traded already at bitexbook.com. Is it a good idea to trade the coins before the swap is complete ?
Won't the people dump the coins as soon as they swap them ?

This is decision of the exchange itself.
