The quality not always about the content, most of the content campaigns have some a few different aspects to determine the quality. It could be :

• The unique content
• The relevant topic between the project
• The viewer reaction ( View, Comment, etc)

If you make good content but nobody watch/reading the content, then the content not really can't bring a benefit for the project.
