Maybe they are targeting a specific market here, which is Brazil. But in any case, their website can be viewed in English language by selecting the USA flag at the top right hand corner but some parts are still in Portuguese. And checking their roadmap, they started 2015, is this already operating in that region?
edit : it means you are not yet operational as you said, in about 45 days the trades already begin?
The entire trading platform has been running for over two years, the 45 days I mentioned above are related to the New Cash Coin (NEWC) cryptocurrency listing.
All services are already operational.
Are your main customers in South American region? My apologies, but haven't heard this exchange til now when I encountered this thread. Would the NEWC give advantages to traders that may not be found in other coins?
