If what you mean is Eos, I don't think there is a legit Eos that doesn't require a deposit to be activated. It shouldn't take you that much to get it running.
I tried freewallet.org but it doesn't seem to work !!!
Stop supporting custodial wallets that were known to withhold funds of their users like freewallet.
