last week I was contacted by someone on Instagram. They said if I invest with them into Bitcoin, I will get 10% ROI every day and at the end of the month I will receive the payout. He said the minimum deposit is 0.05 BTC.
He said this:
I work under a mining software service which is responsible for providing good mining hash rates and there's a target of bitcoins to be mined under the pool so by offering cloud mining services we're able to generate high traffic which increases mining speed so we can work more efficiently to each our targets and by doing so we offer profits to investors in return.
At first this seemed like a good offer but I don't know, I'm not that experienced with Bitcoin. He also has a certificate of Certified Blockchain Expert. He has quite a lot of followers and the Instagram profile is quite old. I think if this was a scam they would report the profile? I would rather not share the profile...
I would like some opinions from you experienced people please

People here will advise you including me not to fall into this, this is Ponzi scheme or he just wants to scam you, you can look further by asking to show you some pics and videos of the facility but 10% is very high for such an investment, they put 10% daily ROI to feed your greed for quick profit, if the guy is just telling you all about profit then you have something to worry about, because every investment has a risk attached to it.
