We have so many coins that have a fast transaction speed. If you do not comfort for using bitcoin, then you can convert it into an altcoin, and then you can send it for whatever you want. You can switch it again into bitcoin so you can pay or buying something. I think you need to give the details of your question so we can know what exactly you want to know. Besides that, I think we can provide more explanation so you can try it later.
If you want to use the exchange to send the coin to another exchange or into your private wallet, you need to know about how long the transaction will get confirmed, and I think you only need to wait for a while.
use coinbase so you can easily convert it to cash or in btc .
I guess the other coins can do that too, not just xrp but I don't want to mention which is the coins
But I admitted that xrp could be a solution if you think you are difficult to search for the other coins. As far as I know, poloniex, bittrex, binance have a fast speed too to send the transaction, although they use a small fee. The fast speed will depend on the network, and if there is something happen to the market, the network will be busy to confirm the transaction, and that will make the confirmation will be slow.
