Probably yes, lets take a look at the initial contenders in the team of Arsenal, Tottenham, Chelsea and Manchester United. Liverpool and Manchester city should already secure their spot in the top 4 so the battle now is between this 4 teams and considering their current form I would predict 3 of the teams would definitely drop out. When it comes to scoring goals apart from Chelsea youngsters showings some fight none of the other teams have been impressive so far.

Here's my  prediction at the end of 38 games this season;

Liverpool = 1st
Manchester city = 2nd
Leicester city/Tottenham = 3rd
Chelsea/Arsenal = 4th
Manchester United (7th) don't have a goal scorers capable of scoring 15, 20+ goals this season to win them games so they're currently out of the race for top 4.
