Remember - this is a TRUE decentralized and open source project. Meaning - ANYONE can and SHOULD contribute. It is NOT owned or run by a company, or a team that will never change. Votes in the sytem will determine who will be doing certain aspects of any necessary 'manned governance', such as when we get to the implementation of the hosting features, etc. There will be a committee created for the modding of what can be determined as 'bad content', etc...

We are issuing something truly unique and decentralized in EVERY aspect. Members of committees can be added with wim of the user wanting to join, however, if they do a job that is deemed bad by other members and users, that member can just as easily be voted out of the committee.

Our ideas for an overall decentralized blockchain based economy we hope will catch on, and get huge adoption by many people in and outside of the immediate crypto community.

I will be working on the ANN for the Qortal Project itself within the coming weeks. The first step was to announce the router presale, so that hopefully the launch and the router presale shipping can be very similar in timeframe.
