The privacy policy is copied yes as it fulls what we need. We can amend that to be custom if it pleases you.
It doesn't really matter that privacy policy of another exchange fulls what you need, you have no rights to copy paste it without their permission and reference links. How can we trust our money to people who steal someone elses content?
What about whitepaper? Is it possible that you liked the Streamex exchange development plan so much that you decided to completely copy it? And again, you did this without permission, without providing any references to the source. I consider this a sign of unprofessionalism, the people who use your platform at the moment have huge risks of losing their money.
